1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking details will follow once your parcel has been dispatched.
• Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact our team at Hello@RiriAava.com and we will be glad to assist where possible.

3. Shipping Timeframes

• Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Non-Metro & Remote Areas: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days from dispatch.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation. Any thresholds for complimentary shipping will be clearly communicated on the Site or at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You may use this link to monitor your shipment's progress in real time. If you experience any difficulty tracking your order, please reach out to our support team.

6. Packaging

Each RIRI AAVA order is carefully packaged to protect the integrity of the fragrance bottle during transit, while reflecting the elegance of our brand. We take every precaution to ensure your fragrance arrives in pristine condition.

7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Hello@RiriAava.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.
• In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the damaged item and packaging, so we may assist you promptly.
• RIRI AAVA is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing your order.

8. Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin Shipments

Should a shipment be returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
