By accessing our Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. About RIRI AAVA

RIRI AAVA is a house of fine fragrance, dedicated to the art of perfumery and the craft of creating scents that embody elegance, confidence, and individuality. We are headquartered at SCO 45, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh, 160034, India, and operate ririaava.com as our exclusive digital boutique.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or who are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We take great care to present our fragrances with precision — from ingredient notes to imagery. However, minor variations in scent character, bottle finish, or packaging may occur, as our products are crafted using natural materials that can vary subtly between batches.

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.

RIRI AAVA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit order quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing or descriptive errors, including after an order has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which RIRI AAVA may accept, decline, or cancel at its discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory unavailability.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase, processed through our secure, encrypted checkout system.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping, billing, and contact details. RIRI AAVA is not liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timeframes are communicated at checkout and within your order confirmation. These timeframes are provided as estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.

RIRI AAVA is not responsible for delays arising from courier partners, customs processing, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of loss for all products transfer to you upon handover to the designated shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

In keeping with hygiene and quality standards inherent to fragrance products, items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange, unless found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

To report a concern, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at Hello@RiriAava.com, including your order number and relevant photographs.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment following inspection, within a reasonable processing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this Site — including but not limited to the RIRI AAVA name, logo, brand identity, product photography, packaging design, and written material — is the exclusive property of RIRI AAVA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without our prior written consent.
